How to book time off with ActiPLANS as a Salaried Employee.

As a part of your onboarding with Mirvish, you will receive an email from ActiPLANS which invites you to set up a password with an activation link. Simply follow the steps it requires you to complete. If you have not received an email, feel free to reach out to our HR Assistant or HR Intern so they can get you started with a user account.

 

Once your account has been activated, look for the ‘Leave Scheduling’ tab at the top of your screen. This is where you are able to place leave requests.

Once on the ‘Leave Scheduling’ page, you can see your approved time off requests (highlighted in green). If you have placed a request which is pending approval, it will appear here. This page can also show you select colleagues' schedules.

To request time off, either click on a day or click and drag multiple days at a time. This action will allow you to see how many PTO days you have remaining before and after your request.

Once you have selected the days you would like to book off, you can provide a reason for your leave. ActiPLANS allows you to type a short reason in the text box which appears when creating your ‘Leave Time Request’

Shown here, you also have the option to select the type of leave from the drop-down bar at the top of the ‘Leave Time Request’.

Once you have selected or commented the reason for your request, all that is left to do it click ‘Submit Request’. Your request will then go to your manager for approval. If approved, you will receive an email from ActiPLANS with the confirmed request. 

 

And that is all. Enjoy your time off!
